Please allow 2-9 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. This is with an exception of holidays and sale periods. All purchases will be fulfilled and shipped in the order they are received. You’ll receive a notification by email with your tracking information once your item has been shipped.
Standard shipping takes 2-9 business days within the continental US.
We are shipping inside the continental US + Canada as well as internationally!
Once an order is placed we are unable to make changes. However, if there’s an error in your shipping address please reach out to email@example.com as quickly as possible. We can’t promise we’ll be able to stop your package but we will try!
Returns and exchanges are available for unworn product with tags attached within 30 days of online purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days after your product has been received for your return or exchange to be processed. If during holidays or other high demand periods, the period in which your return or exchanged is processed may increase. The credit should appear on your statement within two billing cycles. If paid via Paypal, the refund will be refunded via Paypal.
During returns/exchanges please note that we are not responsible for your return shipping cost. You will be responsible for any cost that may occur to send your exchanges/returns back to INFKNIT. INFKNIT will email you a shipping label, and cost will be deducted from your return amount. Items must be returned within 30 days, unworn and still have the tags on.
For a return please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know your reason for the return or exchange. All items that are returned must be unworn, have all original tags attached and shipped with the receipt or packing slip.
